Scope of Work
The contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, transportation, supervision, and cleaning supplies necessary to maintain the designated federal buildings in a clean, sanitary, and acceptable condition. Services must comply with USDA Forest Service specifications and performance standards.

Pricing Sheet with detailed cost per line item for all contract periods
Technical Proposal including Quality Control Plan and Cleaning Operations & Stewardship Plan
Personnel Roster with assigned work schedule and clearance information
